Yes. We offer free shipping Australia-wide. Also, to New Zealand and Asia for orders of $45 AUD

Yes, outside of Australia, we ship to New Zealand and all of Asia. We hope to offer shipping to more regions in the future.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number and link, via email. It can also be located in your membership page, next to the order number. You can use this number to track your package.

We offer a 10-day fuss-free return from the date your order is delivered.

To start a return

• Navigate to the order you would like to return or exchange
• Choose the “Request return” button
• Follow the prompts

Yes. The quickest way to get the item you want is to place a new order and return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you’ll be refunded for the original item.

Yes, we can gift wrap your order. We do not include the printed order receipt for gift wrapped orders. 

Please place your request in the notes field upon checkout. We can include a hand-written note for you.
